Billing & Subscriptions
Billing & Subscriptions
Everything you pay Zingasuite for — AI Tokens and plan subscriptions — is managed from the Billing area of your entity in the portal at console.zingasuite.com. Billing is scoped to the entity, so charges, invoices and subscriptions belong to the workspace, not to any one member.
Payment methods
Checkout runs through the payment providers Zingasuite supports, including Razorpay, PayPal and PayU. The methods offered to you are the ones that can charge your entity's primary currency, so set your currency correctly in Entity Settings first. Depending on the provider, you either confirm the payment inline or are redirected to the provider to complete it and returned automatically afterwards.
Buying AI Tokens
AI Tokens top up the shared credit pool described in AI Credits. To buy:
- Open the AI Tokens page and choose a token pack.
- Pick a payment method.
- Complete checkout.
Once payment is confirmed, the tokens are granted to your balance immediately (with their validity period applied) and a matching invoice is recorded. Token purchases are one-off — buy more whenever you need them.
Subscriptions
Plans give your entity an ongoing subscription, which may bundle a periodic AI Token allowance and other features. From the subscription section you can:
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Subscribe | Start a plan. If the plan has a free trial, it activates immediately with no charge; the first payment falls due when the trial ends. |
| Upgrade | Switch to a more expensive plan. You are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period, and the new plan takes effect once that payment succeeds. |
| Downgrade | Switch to a cheaper plan. The change is scheduled for your next renewal — no immediate charge, and you keep your current plan until then. |
| Cancel | Cancel at the end of the current period (you keep access until it ends) or immediately. |
Recurring charges are handled for you: when a period ends, a renewal invoice is raised for the plan price and charged to your payment method.
The Billing page
The Billing page is your record of everything financial for the entity:
- AI Token balance and recent credit ledger activity.
- Current subscription — plan, status, current period and any scheduled change.
- Invoices — every invoice raised, with its number, amount, currency, status and dates. You can open an invoice for its full detail, including what it was for (a token purchase or a subscription charge).
- Payment history — each payment attempt with its provider, amount, status and any amount refunded.
Paying an open invoice
If an invoice is open — for example a subscription renewal or a retry of a failed charge — you can pay it directly from the Billing page. Choose a payment method and complete checkout; the invoice is marked paid once payment confirms.
Refunds
Refunds are processed by the Zingasuite team. When a refund is issued against a payment, it is reflected on the Billing page: the payment shows the refunded amount, and the related invoice and order are updated. If a token purchase is refunded, any unspent tokens from that specific purchase are removed from your balance — tokens you have already used are never clawed back. All refund activity is visible in your payment history and credit ledger.
A note on scope
The Billing area covers what your entity pays Zingasuite. It is separate from the payments your customers make to you — for example, the checkout and payment gateways inside ZingaShop, which are configured and reported within that app.
