Navigating the Console

The console is where you run everything. Sign in at console.zingasuite.com and you land in the tenant portal — the single interface for your entity, its apps and its settings.

Choosing an entity

If your login belongs to more than one entity, the console first asks you which one to work in. Everything you do afterward happens inside that entity. You can switch to another entity at any time from the entity selector, and your view — apps, contacts, settings and data — changes with it.

The overall shape

Once you are inside an entity, the console has a consistent layout:

  • A left sidebar for navigation. It shows the apps you have enabled and, once you are inside an app, that app's own menu.
  • A main area where the pages you open are displayed.
  • Controls near the top for switching entities, reaching your personal profile, and signing out.

The sidebar is contextual: at the top level it lets you move between apps and entity settings, and once you enter an app it expands to that app's sections.

Switching between apps

Your enabled apps — ZingaShop, ZingaConnect, Zingalify and Zingasolve — each have their own space in the console. Select an app from the sidebar to enter it; the sidebar then shows that app's grouped menu (for example, ZingaShop groups its menu into Catalog, Inventory, Sales, Customers and more). To move to a different app, return to the app switcher and pick another. If your entity has not enabled an app yet, you can turn it on from the Apps settings page.

There is also a shared Files area, reachable from within the apps, where your images, videos and documents live at the entity level so they can be reused across apps.

Where entity-wide settings live

Settings that apply to the whole entity — not to a single app — are grouped together in the console's Entity settings area. This is where you manage the shared platform layer.

Setting What you manage there
Entity settings Your entity's name, country, timezone, default language and billing email.
Apps Which apps are enabled for the entity.
Users Your team members, their roles, and per-person permissions; invite new members here.
API keys The programmatic keys for this entity that you own.
AI Tokens Your entity's AI credit balance and top-ups.
Subscription Your current plan and the features it unlocks.
Billing Payment methods and invoices.

Personal settings

Separate from entity settings, your own account has its own settings — your profile, your password, and your personal API keys (a single view of the keys you own across every entity you belong to). These follow you regardless of which entity you are working in.

Tips for finding your way

  • The sidebar's menu is searchable — start typing to jump to a section instead of scrolling.
  • Menu groups can be expanded and collapsed, which is helpful in apps with many sections such as ZingaShop.
  • Your position is always "an entity, then an app (or entity settings), then a page." If you feel lost, check which entity and app the sidebar shows.

Next, follow the Quickstart to go from a new account to a working app in a few steps.
