What is Zingasuite?
Zingasuite is a multi-app business platform. Instead of stitching together separate tools for your store, your customer messaging, your assessments and your help center, you run them all from a single account and a single login.
That account is called an entity — your organization or workspace. When you create an entity, you unlock a suite of apps that all share the same foundation: the same customers and contacts, the same team and permissions, the same AI credits, the same billing, and the same public API. Data and identity flow between the apps instead of living in disconnected silos.
The apps
Each app is built for a specific job, but they are designed to work together.
ZingaShop
ZingaShop is the e-commerce app. You build one or more storefronts on your own domains, manage a full product catalog (categories, brands, attributes, media and pricing), and process orders end to end. It handles inventory across warehouses, shipping and tax, promotions, and publishing your products to sales channels such as Google, Meta and Amazon.
ZingaConnect
ZingaConnect is the CRM and omni-channel messaging app. You keep a unified view of every contact, then reach them over Email, SMS and WhatsApp from one place. You can run campaigns — drip sequences, calendar-based sends and one-off broadcasts — manage sales pipelines and deals, and handle live conversations in a shared inbox.
Zingalify
Zingalify is the online testing app. You author tests, exams and assessments, deliver them to candidates through invitations, and review the results. It supports a range of question types, a reusable item bank, AI-assisted authoring, and integrity features for proctored delivery.
Zingasolve
Zingasolve is the documentation and customer-support app — it is the very app that publishes this site. You write versioned, multi-language documentation, publish it to a public docs site or your own domain, answer questions with AI support drawn from your content, and manage support tickets.
