Sales Channels
Sales Channels
Sales channels let you list your ZingaShop catalog on external platforms so shoppers can discover and buy your products beyond your own storefronts. ZingaShop connects to Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce (Facebook and Instagram shopping), and Amazon, syncing your products, prices and stock to each.
How channels work
For each channel you connect an account, choose which products to include, and let ZingaShop push and keep them in sync. Your catalog stays the single source of truth: you edit products, prices and inventory once in ZingaShop, and the connected channels are updated from that.
Each channel keeps a per-product sync state, so you can see what has been pushed, what is pending, and any errors reported by the platform. Syncs run automatically when relevant catalog data changes, and a regular sweep keeps everything current.
Choosing what to sync
You control which products go to a channel with a per-product (and per-category) selection, so you can list a curated subset rather than your whole catalog. Only the products you opt in are exported, along with their titles, descriptions, images, prices, availability and identifiers.
Google Merchant and Meta Commerce require each product to be mapped to a platform product category. ZingaShop provides a category-to-Google-taxonomy mapping page where you map your categories once; Meta Commerce reuses the same mapping.
Google Merchant
The Google Merchant integration is organized as a hub that lists your storefronts, plus a per-storefront configuration page and the shared category taxonomy mapping. Once connected, your selected products are pushed to your Merchant Center account, powering free product listings and Shopping ads.
Meta Commerce
The Meta Commerce integration (Commerce Manager) follows the same hub-plus-per-storefront pattern and shares the Google category mapping. Your selected products are pushed to your Meta catalog, making them available for Facebook and Instagram shopping and for catalog-based ads.
Amazon
The Amazon integration connects to your Amazon Seller account. You authorize ZingaShop with Amazon (an OAuth connect flow), then choose the products to list using the per-product selection. ZingaShop syncs your catalog to Amazon so your listings stay aligned with your ZingaShop data.
The connect model
Across all three channels the pattern is the same:
- Connect — from the channel's hub, open a storefront's configuration and authorize the platform account.
- Map — for Google and Meta, map your categories to the platform taxonomy.
- Select — choose the products (and categories) to include.
- Sync — ZingaShop pushes the selection and keeps it updated as your catalog changes.
Managing channels
Sales channels are set up in the Zingasuite portal at https://console.zingasuite.com, under Payments & channels. Channel configuration can also be managed through the public API, described in the Developer API Reference chapter. Because channels read from your catalog, keeping your products, prices and stock accurate in ZingaShop is what keeps your external listings accurate.
