What is Zingalinks?
Zingalinks turns any long URL into a short, trackable link — and, if you want, a
QR code for it. Every click and scan is recorded, so you can see what actually
gets opened: how many people, from which country, on which device, from which
referrer, and (when the link was sent to a known contact) exactly who.
Short links live on the shared domain zngl.ink by default:
https://zngl.ink/spring-sale
On a paid plan you can bring your own host — go.yourbrand.com — so the links
you print and send are branded.
Why use it
- Shorter, tidier links. A 300-character campaign URL with UTM parameters
becomes eight characters you can read out on a call or print on a label. - Editable destinations. The short URL is permanent; where it points is not.
Re-point a printed QR code to this year's page without reprinting anything. - Real analytics. Clicks, QR scans, unique visitors, a daily timeline, and
top referrers, devices and countries — for each link. - Who clicked, not just how many. Links that ZingaConnect sends to a contact
carry a per-recipient marker, so the click roster names the people who opened
them (this part needs a paid ZingaConnect plan). - Fast everywhere. Redirects are served from the edge, close to the person
clicking, not from a single origin server.
How it fits the rest of Zingasuite
- ZingaConnect rewrites the URLs in your emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages
into Zingalinks automatically, which is where campaign click tracking comes
from. Those links show up under a separatecrmsource so they never bury the
links you made yourself. - ZingaShop product and campaign pages are the usual destinations; a link's
clicks are attributed alongside orders in reporting. - Zingalinks is bundled with a paid ZingaConnect plan — if you already pay
for ZingaConnect, you have it.
